Ordering, Payment & Delivery


Ordering

You can order our products either by adding them to the cart and completing payment, or you can order via email and we will contact you to make the payment arrangements. We aim to process all orders within 24 hours but, depending on circumstances, it may take up to 72 hours.

Pricing
All prices quoted will have GST and delivery charges added upon checkout.

When entered online, your credit card information is processed by a secure third party and Project Smart does not see, nor store, your credit card information. It will however receive a confirmation of your order and payment from our financial institution once you have completed the checkout and payment process. This information will then be used to process and dispatch your order.

Availability
Project Smart does keep stock, but availability of any one item cannot always be guaranteed. If we receive an order for a product not in stock we will notify you within 48 hours with a lead time. You may choose to wait, or receive a credit or refund.

Cancellations
To cancel or change an order please Contact Us immediately. Cancellations or changes to orders can’t be made after dispatch. Dispatch occurs normally within 24 hours of the receipt of the order.

In the event of cancellation of an order we will provide you with a full refund less any bank or other charges incurred in processing your order.


Payment

We offer a secure online credit card payment method. If you have an Australian bank account, we will also accept bank transfers and direct deposits to our bank account.

Online
Project Smart Pty Ltd does not have access to your personal credit card or financial information and all payment processing is handled externally by our financial institution, who collects and remits your payment to us. Our financial institution provides online security for the payment transaction using standard industry encryption.

Direct Deposit / Bank Transfer
If you want to pay by Direct Deposit or Bank Transfer the order will be generated. Project Smart Pty Ltd will respond by email with an invoice containing bank account details. Your order will be processed and dispatched as soon as we have received cleared funds into our bank account.



Delivery

Products are delivered by Australia Post or national, or international, courier as required.

Please ensure that the delivery address is complete and accurate, as we cannot accept any responsibility for errors. Any redelivery charge as a result of an incorrect address will be passed on to the customer.

We often use Australia Post Express Post which is a next business day delivery service to most Australian capital cities. Express Post does not require a signature on delivery and either the envelope, or package, will be left at the delivery address, or a docket for you to pick the delivery up at a designated Australia Post collection point. Project Smart cannot be responsible for the products once delivery is made.

For international shipments Project Smart uses either Australia Post or UPS as preferred couriers. Shipments can take between 3 and 10 days and require a signature. If no one is available to sign and accept the goods, a note will be left at the delivery address with instructions for pick up or re-delivery.

Deliveries are made during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

While we make every effort to ensure that your delivery occurs within our delivery timeframes, we do not accept responsibility for, and are not liable for, any delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
